Division 4 West accompanies divisions 4N, 4E, 30N, 30S, 41N, and 41S in Region 3 (Nicknamed The Rainbow Region). 18 regions from California, Nevada, and Hawaii form what is known as the CNH (Cal-Nev-Ha) District which is led by our Governer Joshua Nuesca.
